How do I get a razor effect with regular scissors?

I don't have a hair razor, but I want the razor effect. How can I get this with regular scissors? Is there a certain method? Thanks. :]|||i don't think so.. you can cut your skin... i think you better buy one,or try to cut as close as possible...
