What is the difference between mens electric razor and womens?

I want the one that cuts as closest to the skin as possible. Would that be mens or womens electric razor?|||I think that some razors are specially designed for men for their rough and rugged skin and the blade of the tweezers is also somewhat more sharp. It all depends on thickness of the root of your hair. Since men have more facial hairs than women they prefer shaving them off and it is generally believed that shaving makes ones skin a bit rough and uneven (women would definitely not want this to happen!). whereas women have other options like waxing and hair removal creams so they rarely opt for razors and electric shavers. So electric shavers for men are not a bad option.
