If I were to exfoliate over razor burn would that irritate it further?

I have those annoying, gross, irritating red razor bumps in my bikini area. I don't want stubble and I want to shave so I figured I'd exfoliate but will that make it worse? I need to get rid of the red razor bumps by tomorrow so if anyone had any suggestions for that too that would be rad.|||My advice to you would be LEAVE IT ALONE. You really dont want to exfoliate it, Just let the hair grow, I know its annoying but hey, its better than stinging.|||leave it till it clears up|||moisturise.
