How do you get rid of razor burn?

I recently got really bad razor burn, and I think it's because of my dull razor. How do I get rid of it quickly?|||i've heard milk helps..i don't know if it works, but i heard it somewhere...|||You can buy lotions or "bump stop" in the shaving section of a store, where you'd buy your razors. Just look around there and you'll find something.|||I don't know about getting rid of it, but to prevent it use a sharp razor, don't go against the hair, and use a shaving aloe for sensitive skin or something of the sort. The best suggestion I can offer is to let it air out, and don't irritate it any more.|||If you find out, could you tell me..?
