Whats a good electric razor to use to prevent acne?

Shaving cream and manual razors irritate my skin and I always seem to break out aftwerwards. Can anyone recommend a good electric razor/brand to use to have a clearer complexion? If so, how much does it cost?|||it depends, do you have straight or curly hair? Where is most of the irritation located? There are several different types of acne, but the most common associated with shaving is known as follicilitus.

I'll take an educated guess that your razor is shaving really close to your skin. One way to decrease the amount of irritation is to remember to keep your neck normal when you shave there, and not to shave with your neck extended. Shaving with your neck extended actually hyper-extends the hair so that you cut real close, but the side effect is that when the skin folds back regularly the sharp end of the cut-hair jabs into the inside of your skin, causing irration and bumps.

If your a curly haired folk, then I recommend you use hair clippers to clip your hair, or a dipilatory like Magic Shave. Reason being, that you need to pull the hairs out at the root, because you would have hairs that are curling back into your skin.

Keep the parts of your face that you shave, free from bacteria as much as possible. Use natural cleansers, that are not overly aggressive towards your skin. Alcohols tend to add to the irritation. Though they will definately disinfect, they will irritate your skin more by drying it out. Then you'll have more problems.

I would definately focus on natural cleansers, and make sure that area is moisturized. Keep that skin healthy and treat it well, surprizingly it doesnt take much to have clear complexion, but you gotta know your skin. :)|||it is the shaving cream that is the problem. Try natural soap
