Razor????????/?

i have recently started shaving my legs with a razor. and the next day, i get like mosqitoe (however we spell it) bites but all over my legs. and they itch so badly! this hasnt happened before i started shaving my legs with it. could i be alergic?

if yes how can i "not" get alergic to it? lol cuz thats the best and not hurtful way to shave my legs!|||yup, its razor burn but all you have to do to prevent it is get your legs wet and put a bunch of soap on them. you dont have to waste your money on shaving cream because soap works just as good. oh, and btw i think the venus embrace razor works the best!!|||razor burn!!!!! don't shave dry!!|||try a razor for sensitive skin. thats probably razor burn. i get that sometimes. i shave in the shower. the Schick Intuition is a great one to use. no need to for the cream.|||Wow... did you use shaving cream? They make it for women.|||Yep.. razor burn.

Keep your legs moisturized, especially if it's a new blade, by using a shaving gel. I use Skintimate.|||Did you at least wet/use shaving cream on your legs??

Cause if not I think thats razor burn.

If you dont have shaving cream use soap.|||razor burn use shaving cream|||raxor burn don't shave dry!!!!!!!!|||It may be the kind of razor you are using. I can't use the cheap ones. They break me out. Use a good allergy free razor and some unscented shaving cream. That should work.|||they are shaving bumps.

Try shaving downward instead of upward.

That helps.

When you shave up lotion on and aloevera on afterwards.

hope i helped.|||Well I dont think your allergic. but thoes mosquito bites are usually from something called razor burn. That means you should be using a lot of shave gel of soap when your shaving. Never shave without. and be sure to lotion up when your done. Also be sure that your razor is sharp. Good Luck. Hope I helped!|||i might be razor burn but try the disposable razors that dont have hte gelly stuff on the top or bottom. you might be allergic to that.|||Did you put on lotion after you shaved? If yes, then you are allergic to the lotion you are using. If not, you probably dry-shaved, which is never good.

Always shave using a rich, moisturizing product (whether it's a moisturizing body wash, shaving cream or hair conditioner - they all work well) after having sufficiently wet your leg. Shave as you normally would, but dont towel your legs off too much (leave them a bit damp), and then liberally apply body lotion. You should be fine if you do it that way.|||shave your pubes dry!
