RAZOR!!!!!!???????????

are there good but cheap electric razors out there that have numbers on them to control how much facial hair u want off? i like the kinda scruffy look but nothing more or less and i want to keep my facial hair the same length, is it possible?|||I use a facial trimmer on the lowest setting. It makes my beard short but still with a stubble effect :-)
