What is the best razor to use for sensitive skin?

I'm a 20 year old male college student and my skin is incredibly sensitive. I have been using disposables my whole life and I get this irritation on my neck that sort of looks like a ton of tiny little pimples on my neck a few hours after I shave. Now, I'm looking to get a good razor so this sort of irritation stops. Any Suggestions?|||I think the venus brand that is made especially for sensitive skin.
