What type of razor should i use if im trying to grow my hair thicker?

I can grow sideburns and hair around my mouth and chin, but im having trouble growing it in thicker around my cheecks. Is there any time of razor that can help the hair folicles come in faster/thicker?? please help me.|||yes a regular razor blade
