What is the best electric razor for women?

I have a problem with my leg hairs growing back really fast. I currently use a womens panasonic electric razor. Im not too satisfied with it because it donesn't leave my legs as smooth as i want it to be and at the end of the day my hairs are already growing back. What is the best electric razor for women who want smooth and silky legs without stubbles? I heard that mens electric razors are great. Is that true?|||good question, i still havent had a good answer but people always say to use an epilator. they hurt like hell supposedly though so im not sure id try it myself but you might.
