I'm terribly afraid of razor bumps and will buy the best electric razor to help prevent razor bumps. Also I just want an awesome shaving experience. Is there a actual razor that has a high rated under 100 bucks?|||Any Norelco...stay away from other brands, the batteries don't stay charged as long|||NO, electric razors never give a close shave.
Try a straight razor, closest shave you'll ever get. Their are beginner ones with replaceable blades, so you don't cut too deep.|||I think it is my Panasonic ES8075S Hydra-Clean Shaver is the best bang for the buck.
I have used all the brands. The Panasonic rocks!!! Wet/dry, cuts fast. It's quiet. One charge last 15 to 20 days! Has the cleaning thing, AND the cleaning packs, foils, and heads are ALL less expensive that competing brands.
Unless your black, razor bumps are probably due to poor preparation and crappy razors. A good shave is ALL about preparation. Check the link below for good products, and great instruction.
